Case study / Product development / billing, ordering and delivery
BC PayDesk — Billing & Ordering Ecosystem.
One product ecosystem. Built and improved over time.
A cross-platform billing product with a public Google Play listing. Customer food ordering and delivery apps are in development as supporting parts of the same ecosystem; feature enhancements are ongoing.

The business problem
Bringing billing, customer food ordering and delivery into a connected business workflow, starting with the counter application.
My Contribution
My relevant work includes Flutter billing/POS development, printer integration and API-connected workflows. Associated administration and backend components belong to the wider system; authorship of every component is not claimed.
Reports and stock calculations are verified system features; individual authorship of every module is not asserted.
Implementation evidence
- Product and category records
- Stock quantities and wastage records
- Sales transactions and inventory reports
- Bluetooth thermal receipt printing
- Local changes synchronized through REST APIs
Product direction and ongoing development
BC PayDesk is the billing application at the centre of this product family. Customer food-ordering and delivery apps are under development as supporting applications. Feature enhancements are ongoing; the public billing listing does not imply that every supporting app is released.
Stock and reporting evidence
The product and category data-access code persists local records. The inventory-report provider reads inventory, sales and wastage data for a selected workspace and date range. These are source-verified system features, separate from the individual contribution described above.
The device-integration challenge
Receipt printing connects application behavior with a physical device. Work on the printer integration must account for the supported connection, permissions and the receipt output rather than treating printing as a purely visual screen feature.
Local persistence and API synchronization
Local changes are marked for synchronization. The inspected sync service pushes changes and pulls updates using REST APIs. Associated administration, web ordering and delivery components remain part of the wider project family; this case does not claim individual ownership of them.
